“Shark Week” is looming on the horizon – always a good indicator that it’s July in the television world.

This year, Discovery’s annual lineup, now in its 33rd year, broadcasts / airs over 45 hours of everything about sharks (and more) from Sunday July 11 through Sunday July 18, including exclusive specials on discovery +.

Here’s a look at what’s to come, including celebs starring Tiffany Haddish, William Shatner, JB Smoove and “Stranger Things” star Noah Schnapp. These all air on Discovery, unless otherwise specified.

Sharkbait with David Dobrik»(July 11 on discovery +). The YouTube star and her pals dive with some truly underwater beasts.

Crikey: It’s shark week”(July 11 at 8 pm) Robert Irwin (“ Crikey !: It’s the Irwins ”) goes diving with environmentalists Paul de Gelder and Madison Stewart.

Tiffany Haddish makes shark week“(July 11 at 9pm) Haddish is joined by Dr Toby Daly-Engel, Dr Craig O’Connell and Alanna Vellacott, ostensibly to” uncover the sex secret of sharks sailing on the fanciest yachts … “Good luck.

Jackass Shark week special”(July 11 at 10 pm) Steve-O, Chris Pontius and the new cast members do shark stunts and myth test in typical“ Jackass ”style.

Alien sharks»(July 12 on discovery +). Schnapp teams up with YouTube scientist Mark Rober to explore underwater ruins and man-made artificial reefs.

Unknown Expedition: Shark Trek(July 12 at 10 p.m.) Discovery host Josh Gates takes William Shatner diving with the sharks – a first for the 90-year-old showbiz legend.

Mother Sharker»(July 13 at 8 p.m.) If only for its title. A team of scientists are exploring where tiger sharks give birth, using an arsenal of cutting-edge technology.

Brad Paisley’s Shark Country(July 13 at 9 p.m.) Paisley and comedian JB Smoove are heading to the Bahamas to learn about sharks. Hijinks ensue.

Queen of tigers»(July 14 on discovery +). Examine the shark population in the Turks and Caicos Islands, which has a significant concentration of female tiger sharks. Hosted by Kinga Philipps and Dr Austin Gallagher.

The real Sharknado”(July 14, 9pm)“ Sharknado ”stars Tara Reid and Ian Ziering see if a real Sharknado can happen. Hey, you never know.

Dr. Pimple Popper Pops Shark Week(July 15 at 8:00 p.m.) Dr. Sandra Lee travels to the Turks and Caicos Islands to explore the world of shark skin and its applications to human skin problems. Or something.

Sharkadelic summer 2(Thursday at 9 p.m.) Snoop Dogg deciphers crazy shark encounters for the second year in a row.

Ninja Sharks: Mutants Rising(July 16 at 8 p.m.) Eye-catching headline as a team of scientists examine three sharks in ancient wrecks off the coast of North Carolina who have developed “unique and deadly ninja skills.” We’ll see.

The mystery of the black demon shark(July 16 at 10 p.m.) Adventurer Forrest Galante heads to the Baja Peninsula to spot the legendary “El Domonio Negro”, a 50-foot shark that has terrorized fishermen and tourists for years. But does it really exist?

I Was Prey: Terrors of the Deep 2(July 16 at 11pm) Two survivors talk about surviving horrific shark attacks (are there any more?) – and do not become underwater snacks.

Rogue Tiger Shark: The Hunt for Lagertha»(July 17 on discovery +). There is an aggressive beast lurking in the waters just off the coast of Costa Rica. A team of scientists are exploring his behavior.

Return to Shark Vortex(July 17 at 8 p.m.) This one takes place in the icy waters of New England and includes new images and information about the ‘ghost shark’ – and which members of the species reign supreme.
