Spider Man, Hulk, Iron Man and company will they be eclipsed by French superheroes? In a few weeks, Netflix will unveil “How I became a superhero”, a French film halfway between action and police. The trailer has just been unveiled by the platform.
The plot will follow a brigade of investigators led by Pio Marmaï and Vimala Pons. They will be tasked with tracking down a mysterious character accused of selling a very special drug. Quickly, several young people who consume it will develop superhuman powers.
Mentioned for the very first time at the Paris Comic-Con in 2015, Douglas Attal’s film was initially due to land in theaters. Finally, it will be released directly on Netflix on July 9. Benoît Poelvoorde, Leïla Bekhti and Clovis Cornillac will also be on screen.
