A fourth woman filed a complaint against Marilyn Manson accusing her of abuse.
Ashley Morgan Smithline – the model who, in a cover of May PEOPLE, claimed she suffered psychological, sexual and physical abuse while dating the rocker – filed a lawsuit against singer born Brian Hugh Warner on Tuesday, alleging a sex trafficking and other sexual abuse.
The lawsuit allegations echo her statements to PEOPLE and complaints made by some of the other women who have come forward against the musician (real name: Brian Warner). Smithline, 36, claims Manson, 52, flew her to Los Angeles from Bangkok, Thailand, where she was working as a model for a film project.
“It was important for me to come forward the way I did because I live in constant fear even to this day,” Smithline told PEOPLE Exclusive. “I am asking for justice because I want to move forward and heal the terrible abuse I have faced. I want Brian Warner to be held accountable once and for all.”
“Warner … grabbed a knife next to the bed and started cutting Ms. Smithline’s shoulder, inside arm and stomach,” the complaint claims. “The cuts spilled blood and shocked Ms Smithline. To this day Ms Smithline bears the scars from Mr Warner’s cuts.”
The lawsuit cites several cases of rape, sexual abuse, cutting, whipping, broken nose and being “marked” by the singer after having his initials engraved on his leg. (“I have been brainwashed and it turns me off,” she told PEOPLE of the tagging.)

In a statement to PEOPLE following the trial, a spokesperson for Manson “strongly” denies Smithline’s lawsuit allegations, adding: “There are so many lies in his claims that we wouldn’t know where to start. reply”.
“This relationship, to the extent that it was a relationship, lasted less than a week in 2010,” the statement continued. “Manson has not seen Ms. Smithline since then.
Following the filing of the complaint, Smithline also said in a statement: “I am not a victim, I am a survivor and my decision today to seek justice is to stand up and demand that my attacker be held accountable. My hope is that by coming out and taking these necessary steps against Brian Warner, the world will see exactly who he is and for me it is worth it if my actions keep others from getting hurt. “
The lawsuit also alleges that Manson “repeatedly threatened” Smithline saying he would find her and “kill her if she left him”. She also describes being placed in the “bad girls room”, a soundproof glass space kept in her room.

“Ms Smithline suffered threats to her life while she was with Mr Warner and suffered threats to her life when Mr Warner felt she would leave him. Mr Warner manipulated Ms Smithline into a state of disbelief. ‘almost total isolation, both physically and emotionally,’ the complaint read. “Once isolated, Mr. Warner exercised complete control over Ms. Smithline; her continued involvement in the relationship was due to this severe mental strain.”
“Mr. Warner bit Ms. Smithline frequently, leaving marks and bruises that lasted for weeks. The abuse escalated and Mr. Warner shook Ms. Smithline and strangled her by putting his hand in her mouth,” the report continued. complaint. “On another occasion, Mr. Warner threw a Nazi knife at Ms. Smithline, barely missing her face. Mr. Warner also burned Ms. Smithline.”
Smithline is one of more than a dozen women who have accused Manson of sexual abuse. Three other women have filed lawsuits accusing him of sexual abuse against the singer so far – actress Esmé Bianco, his former assistant Ashley Walters and a woman who has not disclosed his identity.
“Meetings with other survivors have revealed the malicious extent of Mr. Warner’s exploitative and abusive behavior,” the complaint read. “Survivors Ms. Smithline spoke with disclosed their own emotional, physical, verbal and sexual abuse on the part of Mr. Warner. Like Ms. Smithline, many survivors suffer from the lingering effects of the abuse, including the disorder. post-traumatic stress.”

Smithline’s retrial comes just days after Gilford Police Chief Anthony Bean Burpee announced they had reached a deal with Manson’s attorney to be guilty of assault after allegedly assaulting him. been accused of spitting and shooting snot at a videographer during a concert.
As for Smithline, the model opened up to PEOPLE about the alleged abuse in May.
“He cut my stomach off and then drank my blood. Then he made me drink his,” she told PEOPLE. “The more I let him hurt me, the more I loved him and the more I proved myself to him.”
“If I had to pee while he replayed one of his songs that I had heard 30,000 times, I should be locked in the box,” she added. “I was malnourished and cold.
Smithline is represented by attorney Jay Ellwanger, who also works with alleged victims Walters and Bianco.
