Presented in preview at the Deauville festival in 2020, the explosive “How I became a superhero” will be available from July 9 on Netflix.

Inspired by a novel by Gérald Bronner, How I became a superhero follows Lieutenant Moreau, tasked with investigating a mysterious substance that provides superpowers to anyone who inhales it. Douglas Attal’s film will be worn by Pio Marmaï, Vimala Pons, Benoît Poelvoorde, Leïla Bekhti and Swann Arlaud, as a big bad guy. The first images and special effects foreshadow an explosive superhero film.

Shot in Île-de-France in 2019, How I became a superhero Initially scheduled to be released on October 14, 2020 but health conditions require, the film’s release has been postponed and the feature will finally be available on July 9 on Netflix.
